Really nice knife overall. The sharpness is fantastic and it looks stunning on my magnetic strip. My only minor thing is the handle shape, it's a little more oval than I'm used to so it took a day or two for my grip to feel totally natural. But now it's fine. Definitely recommend it, cuts like a dream.

So I've been using this Asuka knife for about a month now and its my go-to for pretty much everything. The edge is still crazy sharp, I've only had to hone it once. The handle is beautiful, the gold flakes catch the light in my kitchen. Makes slicing tomatoes and onions feel effortless. Huge upgrade from the cheap block set I had before.
