I love the look of the dark grain pattern, its way nicer in person. Been using it for a month now and it still feels like new. My favorite knife in the kitchen now.
My new favorite kitchen tool. I've broken down whole chickens with it, sliced fish, chopped herbs. It handles everything I throw at it. Just hand wash it and it stays perfect.
Ok so its sharp and looks nice. I used it to slice up some chicken and veggies, worked fine. I dont know, maybe santokus just arent for me? I think I prefer a chefs knife for the rocking motion. Its not bad, just not my favorite.
