Warm water and mild soap after each use. Never put your knife in the dishwasher; the harsh detergents and jostling will damage the edge and handle.

Towel dry immediately. Don't leave it wet or in the sink; even stainless steel can develop spots if left damp.
Step 3: Store
Use a knife block, magnetic strip, or blade guard. Never toss it loose in a drawer; it dulls the edge and is a safety hazard.

So I was a little skeptical ordering a knife from china but wow. It came in a nice sturdy box, blade was protected. The knife itself is beautiful and cuts like a dream. No regrets.
Really nice knife overall. The damascus steel looks even better in person and it's super sharp right out of the box. My only thing is the handle shape is a little different than what I'm used to, it's a bit more oval. Took me a few days of using it to get comfortable but now it's fine. Definitely a massive upgrade from the cheap santoku I had before.
It's a decent knife. Does the job. The pattern is pretty and it was sharp when it arrived. I guess I was expecting to be more wowed for the price? It feels a bit lighter than I prefer, makes it feel less substantial. It's good, not great. I'll keep using it but I'm not blown away or anything.
