Sold OutGot this as a upgrade from my old Wusthof and man what a difference. The blade just glides through onions and tomatoes like theyre butter. Ive been using it daily for about a month now and the edge is still razor sharp. The handle feels really solid in my hand too, not too thick or thin. Came in a nice box too which was a bonus.
Overall really happy with this knife. It slices through veggies super clean and the balance is great. Only minor thing is I kinda wish it was a bit lighter, but I got used to it after a few uses. The 15 degree angle makes a big difference compared to my old knives. Good buy for the price.
Got this for my husband as a birthday gift and he absolutely loves it. The blade is razor sharp right out of the boxβhe used it to prep a whole brisket and said it sliced through like butter. The balance is great, not too heavy in the hand. Really impressed with the quality for the price, especially since he's been using a cheapo set for years. Arrived quick too, well packed.
So I've been using this knife for about a month now and overall it's really solid. The edge retention is good, stays sharp for daily use without needing a hone every time. My only tiny complaint is the handle shapeβit's a little more rounded than I'm used to, took maybe a week to get comfortable with. But once you adjust, it's a really nice cutter. Would've liked a 9.5 inch option too but the 8.5 works fine for most stuff. Definitely a step up from my old Wusthof.
