SaleSolid knife, really enjoying it so far. The edge came super sharp and it holds up well after a couple weeks of daily use. Makes cutting veggies a breeze. My only small gripe is the handle β it's a little round for my taste, I prefer a more octagonal shape. But it's not a dealbreaker at all. Still a great buy for the money and way better than my old Victorinox.
This thing is an absolute monster in the kitchen. I was using some cheap Henckels set knives before and the difference is night and day. The blade is so thin and sharp β chopped through a butternut squash like it was butter. The handle feels good in my hand too, not too slippery. Arrived in a real nice box actually, felt like a present even though I bought it for myself. Already looking at other stuff from this brand.

Really nice knife overall. The AUS10 steel seems to hold an edge well, and it feels solid in the hand. My only very minor thing is the handle shape is a little round for my taste, I think I prefer a more oval or D-shaped handle for a better grip. But that's just personal preference, the performance is excellent and I'd definitely recommend it.
