Got this for my girlfriend as a birthday gift and shes obsessed. She cooks a ton and had been complaining about her knives being dull. This one came super sharp and the mirror polished edge is beautiful. She said it cuts through onions like butter and the handle feels really nice in her hand. I might have to get one for myself now.

This knife is no joke. Ive been using it for about a month now and its still crazy sharp right out of the box. The hammered finish looks way cooler in person than in the pics. Used it to chop a bunch of veggies for stir fry and it just glides through everything. Handles well, feels balanced. Definitely a big step up from my old Henckels.

The blade is insanely sharp out of the box, like be careful cause itll get you if youre not paying attention. The handle feels solid in my hand too, not cheap at all. Cant believe its only 65 bucks honestly feels way more expensive.
