Step 1: Rinse
Warm water and mild soap after each use. Never put your knife in the dishwasher; the harsh detergents and jostling will damage the edge and handle.
Step 2: Dry
Towel dry immediately. Don't leave it wet or in the sink; even stainless steel can develop spots if left damp.
Step 3: Store
Use a knife block, magnetic strip, or blade guard. Never toss it loose in a drawer; it dulls the edge and is a safety hazard.

Sold OutSolid set. I use them all the time. The edge is good. I kinda wish the petty knife was a little bit longer, but that's just a personal preference. The bread knife is fantastic though, cuts through bagels like nothing.
Been using these knives for about a month now, massive upgrade from my old block set from the big box store. The damascus pattern is so cool, and they're just solid. The 8 inch bread knife is a beast, cuts through crusty loaves like nothing. I use the santoku probably 80% of the time for everyday stuff. Edge is holding up great so far. For the price, this set is a steal.
I was hesitant to spend this much on knives but I'm glad I did. They make prep work so much faster. The boning knife made breaking down a whole chicken way easier than I expected. The handles are a unique color but I've grown to like them.
Really nice set overall. The knives are sharp and the handles are comfortable, I like the red color. I use the santoku and the nakiri the most. My only gripe is the handles are a little chunkier than I'm used to, took a few days to get comfortable with the grip. But now that I am, they're great. Would definitely recommend the set, it has every knife you'd need.
